Private Sprints Sessions – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all private sprint sessions booked through our service. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or via direct communication with the coach.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Session fees and packages are subject to change at any time. However, any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

  • Bookings are non-transferable unless specifically agreed upon in advance.

2. Session Options

  • Sessions can be booked as:

    • One-off individual sessions: Ideal for skill tuning, form analysis, or trying out coaching.

    • Recurring sessions: For ongoing development and training consistency. Recurring bookings can be weekly, bi-weekly, or a custom frequency agreed with the coach.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Client Cancellations:

  • To cancel a session without penalty, you must provide at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • No-shows will be treated as last-minute cancellations and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Coach Cancellations:

  • If the coach is unable to conduct a session, you will be offered:

    • A rescheduled session at no extra cost, or

    • A full refund for that session.

Rescheduling:

  • You may reschedule a session provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Reschedules are subject to availability and not guaranteed at your original time slot.

4. Lateness & Session Duration

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time to avoid impacting other clients.

  • If the coach is delayed, the time will be made up or rescheduled at no cost to you.

5. Health, Fitness & Medical Conditions

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good physical health and capable of participating in sprint training.

  • Before participating, you must disclose any relevant injuries, illnesses, or physical limitations.

  • The coach may refuse participation if it is believed that training could compromise your health or safety.

  • If you're unsure of your ability to participate, consult your GP or healthcare provider before booking.

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • By participating in a session, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical training, including (but not limited to) muscle strain, sprains, falls, or other injuries.

  • You agree to release and discharge the coach, associated staff, and the training venue from all liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the session, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

  • We do not accept responsibility for any damage or theft to personal property during the session.

7. Insurance

  • The coach holds appropriate professional liability insurance.

  • However, you are encouraged to obtain personal health or sports insurance, particularly if you are undergoing high-intensity or competitive training.

8. Weather Policy (For Outdoor Sessions)

  • Outdoor sessions may be postponed due to severe weather (e.g., thunderstorms, high winds, icy conditions).

  • The coach will notify you as soon as possible if a session must be cancelled due to weather.

  • A cancelled session due to weather will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.

9. Conduct & Expectations

  • Respectful and cooperative behavior is expected at all times.

  • The coach reserves the right to terminate any session without refund if a participant displays:

    • Abusive or threatening behavior,

    • Dangerous or reckless actions,

    • Repeated non-compliance with instructions.

10. Under 18s

  • Participants under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian before booking.

  • In most cases, a parent or responsible adult must be present for the session unless agreed otherwise.

  • Sessions for minors are designed with age-appropriate training methods and safety protocols.

11. Photography & Media

  • Occasionally, sessions may be recorded or photographed for performance review or promotional purposes.

  • You will be asked for consent before any media is used for marketing or shared on public platforms.

  • You may opt out at any time by informing the coach in writing.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and is only used for the purpose of managing your bookings and providing coaching services.

  • Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • The latest version will always be available on our website.

  • Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
