Service 04 Youth Athlete Development We work with aspiring young athletes to build speed, coordination, and confidence. Training focuses on fun, foundational movement skills and proper sprint mechanics to support long-term development and injury prevention. Available as 1:1 sessions or through Speed School (group, ages 8–15, every Monday at The Meadows).

None at all. Every first session starts with a full technique assessment regardless of your experience level. We coach complete beginners through to competitive athletes — your programme is built around where you are right now.
General sprint coaching focuses on pure speed mechanics — useful for everyone. Sport-specific coaching goes further, designing sessions around the actual movement demands of your sport: the distances, directions, reactions, and positions you face in a game. Both approaches are available and can be combined.
Sprint Technique Development is the foundation — it's the best starting point for most athletes because fixing mechanics has the biggest impact on speed. If you're preparing for a specific sport or competition, Sport-Specific Speed Training is the next step. Not sure? Book a single session and your coach will advise you in person.
