Booking & sessions
Book directly through our online booking system — click "Book a session" on any page. You'll choose your preferred coach, select a date and time, and confirm your booking instantly. You'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need.
In most cases we have availability within a few days. The booking system shows real-time availability for each coach — you'll see the next open slots immediately when you book.
Every first session starts with a full movement and technique assessment. Your coach watches you run, identifies your specific mechanical inefficiencies, and builds the rest of the session around what will make the biggest difference for you. You'll also be timed so we have a baseline to track your improvement against.
Sessions are 1 hour. Arrive 5 minutes early for your first session so your coach can meet you and explain the format before you start.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. You can manage your bookings directly through the link in your confirmation email. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a charge. If something urgent comes up, just get in touch as early as possible.
Yes — you can reschedule directly through the link in your confirmation email, no need to contact us. Please give at least 24 hours' notice where possible.
Pricing & plans
Single sessions are £80. Monthly plans start from £72/month (Starter — 1 session/month, saving 10%), £136/month (Development — 2 sessions/month, saving 15%), and £240/month (Performance — 4 sessions/month, saving 25%). Speed School for ages 8–15 is £15 per session or £40/month.
A single session is a great way to experience the coaching before committing. That said, real improvement comes from consistent sessions — a plan is where you actually achieve lasting results. Your coach will recommend the right plan at the end of your first session based on your goals.
Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time before your next billing date. No long-term commitment required.

Speed School
Speed School is our youth group sprint training programme for kids aged 8–15. Sessions run every Monday at 6pm at The Meadows, Edinburgh. It's expert coaching in a fun, high-energy group environment — £15 per individual session or £40/month, open to all abilities and sports backgrounds.
No experience needed. Speed School is open to all abilities and all sports backgrounds. Sessions are designed to work for kids who play football, rugby, athletics, or any other sport — and for those who just want to be faster.
You're welcome to watch from the side — many parents do. It's not required, and some kids actually focus better when parents aren't watching. Sessions are one hour so dropping off and collecting works well too.
Sports & athletes
No — we work with athletes from every sport. The majority of our clients come from team sports: football, rugby, hockey, basketball. We also work with track athletes, tennis players, MMA fighters, and complete beginners. If your sport involves running fast, we can help.
Absolutely. We regularly work with people who have never had any structured athletic training. Your first session starts with an assessment — there's no assumed knowledge and no expectations beyond showing up ready to work.
Training & results
Most athletes notice improvements in movement and confidence within the first few sessions. Measurable speed gains — timed improvements — typically show within 4–6 weeks of consistent coaching. The key is regular attendance so each session builds on the last.
Running trainers or spikes, comfortable sports kit, and a water bottle. No specialist equipment needed — your coach provides everything else. Arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first session.
Yes. We regularly work with athletes during their competitive season. Sessions are designed to complement your existing training — not compete with it. We adjust volume and intensity based on your match or competition schedule.
