Frequently asked questions
I haven't sprinted since school. Realistic?
Completely. That's most of our masters athletes on day one.
What if I'm carrying old injuries?
We assess first and progress around them. Sprinting is often part of the fix, not the problem.
Is there masters competition in Scotland?
Yes — a full indoor and outdoor calendar with 5-year age bands from 35 upwards.
