Meet your coach
Arrive 5 minutes early at Meadowbank Sports Centre (EH7 6AE). Your coach will meet you at reception, introduce themselves, and explain how the session works.
Movement assessment
Before any drills, your coach watches you move and sprint. They identify your strengths, your mechanical inefficiencies, and what to prioritise first.
Coached session
A structured hour of drills, technique work, and acceleration coaching. Your coach gives real-time feedback on every rep. You'll feel the difference immediately.
Running trainers
Flat-soled running shoes or spikes if you have them. Football boots are fine for sport-specific sessions.
Sports kit
Comfortable training clothes you can move freely in. Layers recommended for outdoor sessions.
Water bottle
Sessions are intense — stay hydrated. Bring a full bottle and refill at the centre if needed.
Arrive 5 mins early
For your first session, a few minutes early helps your coach meet you and set expectations before you start.
No specialist kit needed
Your coach provides all training equipment. You don't need blocks, a stopwatch, or any athletics gear.
An open mind
You may be asked to run differently than you're used to. Trust the process — the results follow quickly.
Cancellation policy
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a charge. Life happens — if something comes up, just let us know as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
