Common questions Before you book.
Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time before your next billing date. If your circumstances change, just get in touch and we'll find the best solution — we're flexible where we can be.
If you're just starting out or want to complement existing training, the Starter plan is a great fit. If you want to see consistent, measurable improvement, Development (2 sessions/month) is our most popular plan and delivers the best balance of frequency and value. If you're training for competition or want maximum results, Performance (4 sessions/month) is the one.
Monthly plans apply to Private Consultation sessions with Allan Smith or Allan Hamilton (£80/session). Private Sprint Sessions with Beth Campbell or Lorna Fleming (£60/session) are bookable as individual sessions only. Speed School has its own monthly subscription at £40/month.
None at all. Our coaches work with complete beginners through to competitive athletes. Your first session always includes a movement and technique assessment so we know exactly where you're starting from and what to work on first.
1:1 sessions are based at Meadowbank Sports Centre, Edinburgh EH7 — a professional athletics facility with full track access. Speed School runs at The Meadows, Edinburgh EH9 every Monday at 6pm.
